About AASMP

The American Association of Social Media Professionals represents over 280 social media professionals and is the nation's first and leading professional society for social media managers, marketers, influencers, and other related professionals. We are a member organization providing forums, a member directory, social media resources, education, discounts on social media tools, and a voice for change.

AASMP was founded in 2019, by a group of social media professionals interested in creating a home for social media professionals providing resources, education, advocacy, and connectivity. Our vision for AASMP is to bring the industry together and influence positive change for our profession.
