About AASMP

The American Association of Social Media Professionals is the nation's first and leading professional society for social media managers, marketers, influencers, and other related professionals. We are a member organization providing forums, a member directory, social media resources, education, discounts on social media tools, and a voice for change.

AASMP was founded in 2019, by a group of social media professionals interested in creating a home for social media professionals providing resources, education, advocacy, and connectivity. Our vision for AASMP is to bring the industry together and influence positive change for our profession.
